When we built the first advertising agency based on crowdsourcing principles we ruffled a few feathers—which is fine with us. Revolution isn’t for everyone. We came. We saw. We conquered. And we’ve evolved. Since we opened we’ve honed our skills using crowdsourcing to help us inform the work, instead of create it. It’s what we do differently from everyone else, and it’s at the core of how we make work that matters.
Director of Growth & Innovation
Chad has spent his career creating work that finds its way into the broader culture. The kind of work that has a life outside of advertising—from booze brands to rock & roll bands to Fortune 500 companies to MTV. After 20 years as a writer and creative director in NYC, he found his way to Boulder for an opportunity to apply his brand of creative innovation to the agency business itself. In his spare time he’s a competitive CrossFit athlete, a slightly overwhelmed dad, and a driver of a relatively large pick-up truck.
Director of Business Development
Patrick's a Brit who found his way to Boulder via New York, swapping big skyscrapers for the big outdoors. He's an Account Director with food experience including the likes of Nestlé and noosa yoghurt. He’s also worked on global and national advertising accounts including PayPal, eBay, Citroen (automotive) and Unilever. When he's not at the office, he's with his young family; or finding some time to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
Danielle loves challenges. Throughout her career she’s helped global brands navigate their toughest challenges at some of the biggest agencies from NYC to Chicago to LA. Lucky for us, she brings that experience through every step of the process from strategy to launch of a campaign. Outside of work, she’s a runaround mom, furniture rebooter, colorer, and lover of the Colorado sunshine.
Chief Financial Officer
Teresa’s been working in the advertising industry for just under two decades with agencies like Razorfish and Vermillion. She’s worked in operations, human resources, legal and administrative oversight and, of course, finance. During that time, she earned her Executive MBA and served in the Army Reserves. Outside of work she’s a sharp shooter, avid CrossFit Endurance athlete, and was once in a Latina street gang. When not dreaming of numbers, she's enjoying what inspires her most, spending time with her husband and sons.
Director of Talent & Operations
Leslie has a solid foundation of experiences—working with Fortune 500 brands in tech, beer, travel, fashion and CPG. Previous to V&S, she worked at CP+B and DDB, client side, and at a publisher, so she comes with a unique and comprehensive marketing perspective. She’s passionate about and inspired by insightful creative work and the people who make it. A perfect weekend for her involves mountain adventures with her hubby and baby girl, Leni.
