WE BROUGHT JCPENNEY’S NEWLY REDESIGNED HOME STORE TO 4.6 MILLION HOMES.

JCPenney wanted to show off it’s beautiful new Home Store. The problem was, their stores weren’t getting a ton of foot traffic at the time. So rather than trying to convince customers to come in and check it out for themselves, we brought the Home Store to our customers…on Facebook. To do so, we partnered with four of the most well-known celebrity designers on TV and had them answer any home design questions our 4.6 million Facebook fans might have, live, from four different JCPenney stores throughout the country. In a true run-and-gun operation, as fans posted questions, we literally ran around the Home Store searching for the solution. We then would record personalized video messages back to each person, both helping them with their design dilemma and showing off JCPenney’s beautiful new Home Goods at the same time. Essentially, we turned JCPenney’s Facebook page into a real-time home makeover show.
